1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, close the tab. There is no account to delete and nothing to cancel.

2. What you may do

• Play any game, on any device, as often as you like, for free.
• Share links to the homepage or to an individual game page.
• Use the site in a classroom, a stream, a video or an internal team chat, with attribution.
• Clear your local data at any time; see the Privacy Policy.

3. What you may not do

• Resell the games, republish the collection as your own product, or remove branding without a written licence.
• Scrape and mirror the whole site on a competing ad-supported domain.
• Interfere with ad delivery, fabricate ad impressions or clicks, or encourage others to do so. This can get the publisher removed from the ad network.
• Use the site to distribute malware, phishing or unlawful content, or to attack the hosting provider.
• Submit anyone else's personal information — the site has no field to accept it in the first place.

4. Commercial and white-label use

Companies that want an ad-free, rebranded deployment for their staff can license the private edition. That licence covers the branding change, the boss key and deployment assistance. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying code, and it does not permit reselling the arcade as a product to third parties. Contact us via the contact page for terms.

5. No warranty

The games are provided "as is" for entertainment, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that a game will work on every browser, that a saved score will survive a browser update, or that the site will always be available. Local storage can be cleared by your browser at any time, and scores are not recoverable.

6. Third-party services

When advertising is enabled, third-party ad networks deliver content on this site under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their code, their cookies or their ad inventory. With ads disabled (including the private edition), no third-party script is loaded at all. Links to external services are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

7. Intellectual property

Game code, text, layout and branding on this site are protected. Emoji are rendered from your device's system fonts. If you believe any material here infringes your rights, email the URL and a description of the work through the contact page and we will review it promptly.

8. Children

The games are general-audience and contain no chat, purchases or user-generated content. Children may play, but the site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top will be revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
