This is a static website operated under the name MicroArcade. It has no backend, no accounts, no server-side database and no contact form. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, payment details or precise location, and we have no server logs of gameplay. We collect no personal information directly.
Your high scores, favorites, recently played games, play counts, theme, language and sound settings are stored in your browser's localStorage under the mg.* namespace. This data never leaves your device and is not readable by us. It is kept until you clear it — there is no automatic expiry. Clearing site data or using the link at the bottom of this page removes it. No data is shared across devices or browsers.
When ads are enabled, this site uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DART cookie) to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
We do not use ad targeting data ourselves, we do not sell data, and we never place ads inside a game board or gate gameplay behind an ad. The private / white-label edition (whitelabel: true, or ?wl=1) disables every ad unit and loads no third-party script at all. When no AdSense account is configured, ads are simply hidden.
For visitors in regions that require consent for personalized advertising, a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) must be deployed before ad units are enabled. Until that happens, no advertising cookies are set on this site. With ads disabled, no non-essential cookies are used at all. Browser-level "Do Not Track" signals are respected in the sense that we run no cross-site tracking regardless.
California residents may request disclosure or deletion of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. Because we operate no server-side data store and sell no data, there is nothing in our possession to disclose or delete; any local state can be erased instantly by clearing browser storage. We do not discriminate against users who exercise these rights. Ad-related data is controlled by Google and its partners under their own policies.
The games are general-audience and contain no chat, no user-generated content, no purchases and no social features. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data through this site, contact us and we will take appropriate steps. Parents can clear all local state using the link below.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels beyond AdSense, fingerprinting, session recording, heatmaps or crash-reporting services. Play counts shown on the homepage are computed locally from your own browser storage and are not aggregated anywhere.
Local data is retained only on your device for as long as your browser keeps it. All pages are served over HTTPS. Because no data is transmitted to us, there is no server-side dataset that could be breached, sold or subpoenaed.
Game pages, policy pages and ads may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies separately.
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
